Privacy Policy

Information we collect

When you use the public contact form, LEMERY may collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, company, title, phone number, project summary, desired outcome, timing, budget range, and inquiry category. We also retain limited technical and source information such as the referring page, campaign parameters, user agent, and a one-way hash used for abuse-rate limiting.

LEMERY Advisor public beta

When you use LEMERY Advisor, the goal you enter is sent to the independently deployed Advisor service so it can classify the task, recommend an AI or tool, explain the recommendation, and generate a ready-to-use prompt. During the public beta, raw goal and generated-prompt content are not retained by default. The service may retain request identifiers, one-way content hashes, classification and recommendation metadata, policy/version information, feedback, timing, and security/rate-limit records for evaluation, reliability, and abuse prevention. The current default metadata retention window reported by Advisor is 30 days.

The public website records only minimal funnel events such as Advisor start, completion, failure, copy action, and recommended destination. Those events do not include the raw goal or generated prompt.

How we use information

Information submitted through the site is used to evaluate and respond to legitimate business inquiries, operate and improve LEMERY Advisor, measure public-product reliability, route inquiries to the appropriate LEMERY capability, create and maintain commercial records, protect the site from abuse, and improve public-site operation. LEMERY does not sell public-site information.

Confidential and restricted information

Do not submit classified, export-controlled, customer-confidential, proprietary, regulated personal, or other restricted information through the public website or LEMERY Advisor. The public beta is not an approved channel for controlled technical data, secrets, source code that cannot be externally processed, or sensitive customer material.

Analytics

LEMERY may use privacy-conscious, production-only website analytics to understand aggregate site usage. Analytics are disabled unless explicitly configured for the production environment. Advisor funnel events are deliberately limited to operational event names and non-content metadata. If analytics configuration changes in a way that requires consent or additional disclosure, the public site will be updated before that capability is enabled.

Retention and security

Business inquiry records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for commercial, legal, security, and operational purposes. Advisor public-beta metadata follows the service retention controls described above. LEMERY uses administrative and technical controls intended to limit access to internal systems, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Third-party links and AI destinations

The public site may link to external websites or project properties. Advisor may recommend third-party AI products or tools. If you copy a generated prompt into another provider, that provider’s privacy, retention, and account policies govern what you submit there.
